Despite we heard many times of "ray guns" and "tesla weapons" both from religious and conspiracy websites, no one in those websites used the words "Quantum potential weapons" and "negative energy EMP". "Tesla" or "scalar" could mean everything including HAARP. "Ray gun" also could mean everything from Laser to particle beam. Both are possessed by USA. So our vocabulary is quite limited in describing the next levels of discoveries. Until Russia made a demonstrative test, and together with China made public videos of their previous tests, in December 2009.

Those weapons operate in other dimensions than 4D, in invisible vacuum space etc. You have to go through the related articles (no formulas) to get the glimpse. They materialize directly on the target out of nowhere in 3D world, UNLIKE HAARP AND THE KNOWN RAY GUNS that travel through our well known 3D world (not necessarily visible but measurable).

This technology is different from the supercolliders. They have reached the dimensional door through other way (already admitted publicly by CERN director, so we await our checks for our posts in advance!).

A word of advice to all conspiracy and religious websites who write on that: first read it by yourselves, and put a clear distinction between a sci-fi movie ray gun and the quantum weapons! Otherwise your readers will understand nothing.

Bearden describes ONLY ONE possible use of the principles of Quantum potential - in the bio-weapon programs. The same principle is in fact Einstein-Rosen bridge, already experimentally created between a pair of electrons in US lab. From there to the wormhole in the skies is quite a way to walk. The second category of negative energy weapons proves the existence of the negative energy in first place. That is the necessary component of making any wormhole stable.

We advise the readers first to try to understand the HAARP and beyond, the first generation scalar weapons, and only then to read about negative energy, and then - to quantum potential.

Scalar weaponry are electromagnetic waves emitted through specially constructed radio antenna. The Russians apparently scored their breakthrough in the early 1960's, during the time of Soviet Premier Kruschev. On the basis of this breakthrough Kruschev boasted that Russia possessed fantastic weapons that would revolutionize warfare as the world understood it; our arrogant government and equally arrogant press ignored his statements, casting them off as mere propaganda.
